These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Beton Football Balance developed by fattyrobo ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

5. User Content
The App allows you to create and store local content such as player rosters, matches, and bookings. You retain ownership of this content. As all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for backing it up.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Pitch availability, prices, and venue details are provided for informational purposes and may change without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beton Football Balance developed by fattyrobo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
