Welcome to Beton Football Balance. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Beton Football Balance developed by fattyrobo ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Beton Football Balance mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our App, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
  • Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Beton Football Balance is a mobile application designed to help users:

  • Browse and book local football pitches and venues
  • Organize and manage football matches
  • Create balanced teams using intelligent algorithms
  • Generate and store offline QR passes for venue entry
  • Maintain player rosters and match history

The App is designed to work primarily offline, with most features available without an internet connection.

3. User Accounts and Data

3.1 Local Data Storage

The App stores data locally on your device. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your device
  • Backing up important data if desired
  • Understanding that uninstalling the App may delete stored data

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate information when using the App, including player names, match details, and booking information. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any data you input.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App
  • Use the App to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the App
  • Misuse booking features or create fraudulent reservations

5. Booking Services

5.1 Third-Party Venues

The App may facilitate bookings at third-party football venues. We are not the owner or operator of these venues and are not responsible for:

  • The quality, safety, or condition of venues
  • Venue availability or scheduling accuracy
  • Actions or policies of venue operators
  • Disputes between you and venue operators

5.2 Booking Confirmations

QR passes and booking confirmations generated by the App are for convenience only. Venues may have their own verification requirements, and we do not guarantee venue acceptance of App-generated passes.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Beton Football Balance developed by fattyrobo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6.3 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (such as player lists or match data). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this data as necessary to provide the App's functionality.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 "As Is" Basis

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.2 No Guarantee

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Team balancing algorithms will produce perfectly fair results
  • Booking information will always be accurate or up-to-date
  • The App will be compatible with all devices or operating systems

7.3 Sports Risk

Football and other sports activities involve inherent risks of injury. The App is a organizational tool only and does not provide safety advice. You assume all risks associated with participating in sports activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BETON FOOTBALL BALANCE OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Service interruption or device damage
  • Personal injury or property damage
  • Any other intangible losses

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beton Football Balance developed by fattyrobo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Any content you create or share through the App

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by:

  • Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
  • Providing in-app notifications when appropriate

Your continued use of the App after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time
  • Update the App to add or remove features
  • Require updates to continue using the App

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

12. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate by uninstalling the App. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the App will cease immediately
  • Locally stored data may remain on your device until you delete it
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Beton Football Balance developed by fattyrobo operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Beton Football Balance developed by fattyrobo regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
